Class fees are collected via direct debit on the 1st of each month. These fees are spread across the year, covering 44 weeks of classes. Payment will continue to be taken monthly, even during the 8 designated holiday weeks when no classes are held, ensuring a consistent fee structure throughout the year.
For example, if the fee for one week's gymnastics class is £8.80, this amount is multiplied by 44 weeks of the year, giving a total of £387.20. This total is then divided by 12 months, resulting in a monthly payment of £32.25.
If you join partway through the month, the remainder of that month’s fee will be collected as an upfront, one-off payment. Should your child wish to continue classes, direct debits will then be set up to begin on the 1st of the following month. Direct debits can be set up at reception through GoCardless. Additionally, should you wish to cancel your enrolment, we require one month's notice from the 1st to allow sufficient time to fill your space.
We are closed for 3 weeks over summer, 3 weeks over Christmas & 2 weeks over easter.

Gymnastics:
For gymnastics, we recommend comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows freedom of movement. Whilst this clothing is acceptable, we highly encourage students to wear a leotard once they are committed to regular classes. Leotards provide the best fit and support for gymnastics activities. Form fitting shorts can we worn over the top.
We also offer GADA Gymnastics leotards & Shorts for purchase at reception, should you wish to buy one for your child, these are not compulsory however please feel free to ask our staff for more information.

Dance:
For the first few dance classes, students should wear loose-fitting black clothing that allows for free movement, such as black leggings, t-shirts, or dance tops. After attending classes for one month, students will be required to purchase the official class leotard and appropriate footwear to ensure consistency and uniformity in our programs.
The class uniforms are available for purchase at reception. Please refer to our Uniform Guide for specific details on the required attire for your child's class. If you have any questions or need assistance, our staff is happy to help.

While we understand that parents may want to watch their child’s progress, our waiting area is limited, and as such, we encourage children to develop their independence during class time. Parents are welcome to stay and watch on occasion, but we kindly ask that this be done in moderation to allow the children to focus and fully engage in their activities.
Please note that parents are not permitted to watch any dance classes, except for the Twinkle Toes toddler class, where we welcome parents to join and observe. There will also be occasional opportunities for parents to watch and participate in special events or observation days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting a positive and independent learning environment for all students.
