
Acrobatic Dance

Acrobatic dancing combines the grace of dance with the strength and flexibility of acrobatics/gymnastics, offering a fun and challenging experience for young dancers. This style incorporates tumbling, flips, balancing, and flexibility, helping kids develop coordination, strength, and body awareness. Acro dancers learn to move with fluidity while performing impressive tricks, combining athleticism and artistry.. Whether performing for fun or working towards a goal, acrobatic dancing is a fantastic way for kids to build strength, flexibility, and creativity!
These classes are held Wednesdays & Thursdays, as well as an open freestyle gymnastics session in the gymnasium for tumblers on Wednesdays 8-9pm
